Richard Tow has pastored churches for over 30 years. As a Divisional Superintendent with the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel he led in the planting of several churches and mentored leaders.

A former C.P.A., Pastor Richard has an MA from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry from The King’s University.

Dr. Tow is currently a partner with Hollingsworth, Tow & Associates, LLC (www.NoConflict.com) and provides mediation, consulting, and seminar training in conflict resolution for churches, businesses, universities, and families.  Dr. Tow teaches graduate courses on interpersonal conflict and mediation at Missouri State University.

Pastor Richard’s wife, Jeanie, is an interior designer. They have four grown children and seven grandchildren.
